Whytecliff Park

Hello 2016! We hope the start to your year is going well. Following some beautiful sunny, crisp Winter’s days starting the year off, the weather has deteriorated to warm (tops of 7 – 9 degrees C!) and rainy. Watching the snow melt as I type!!

A couple of people have suggested we should head over and visit Horseshoe bay and Whytecliff park, so we headed to Whytecliff park for some sunset pics – at 4-ish pm!

Looking up Howe Sound (towards Whistler):

We were given the gift of a beautiful sunset. Looking out to Vancouver Island; the island on the right is Bowen Island:

We look forward to heading back once it is a bit warmer, perhaps for fish’n’chips and a bit more of a stroll around. We also didn’t spend much time in Horsehoe bay as the sun had set and it was cold!
